- Pay Rate range: 59.20 – 74.00 chf/h
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Duration: 6 months with option for extension
Tasks & Responsibilities
The Cell & Gene Global Medical Team has a single objective – to unleash the full potential of our therapies so that more people can win their fight against cancer. The GMA Project Manager will provide administrative and operational support to ensure successful and timely execution of specified medical affairs activities
- Works with the GMD On-Demand Lead to ensure an organized, efficient and robust execution of specific medical affairs activities at both a Global and Country level
- Identifies process inefficiencies, gaps and issues and contributes to development of mitigation strategies
- Supports the GMD in communication of activity status to broader GMA and cross functional teams
- As agreed by the GMD, participates in ad-hoc cross-functional sub-teams and task forces to address and resolve issues
- Ensures efficient conduct, tracking and reporting of multiple specific processes and procedures
- Records action items and liaises with various internal stakeholders on follow-up activities and deliverables
- Ensures accurate creation, updates and storage of key documents
- Creates / communicates summary reports and updates
- Identifies gaps, issues, risks and concerns and works with the GMD to resolve
Must Haves
