For our customer located in Zürich/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Admin Support (m/f/x)

Tasks & Responsibilities

You support the team with your administrative skills:

  • Data cleansing for all partners and non-partners – compare current partner list with partner managers
  • Create, print, send and store letters of termination / partner contracts
  • Continuous check of receipt of signed partner contracts (follow up if necessary)
  • Sales Force / Clarify / Taifun (CRM) data maintenance – check all partners and customers for correctness and store data according to specifications
  • Clean up creditors / commission in SAP – data cleansing according to the new partner landscape and correctly record of all partners in SAP and order tools

Must Haves

  • Very good knowledge of German (is a must) and/or English / Italian / French (we are looking for 2 people who together cover all languages), both oral and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good IT skills in general
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung is good to have
  • You should be able to set priorities correctly, have an independent way of working and a quick understanding

Nice to Haves

  • SAP skills are considered a plus
