Our client is embarking on a transformative journey to reimagine their SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) audit process, leveraging data analytics and AI to drive continuous improvement and value creation. They are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Specialist to play a key role in operationalizing this new model.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The perfect candidate has about 2-3 years of experience in an audit consultant company and speaks fluent English. Additionally we are looking for someone who has a basic understanding of SHE principles and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Data Integration & Analysis:
- Collaborate with the SHE team to understand data requirements and sources.
- Craft precise and effective prompts to guide the AI in extracting relevant insights, identifying gaps, and assessing compliance across various datasets.
- Assist in cross-checking and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and refine prompts to automate the review of pre-audit questionnaires, applicability reviews, and permit data.
- Use AI to evaluate task alignment with company requirements and highlight potential risks
- Collaborate with the SHE team to generate standardized documentation templates and use AI to improve data storage and integration processes.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
- Work with SHE experts to create AI prompts for risk-based documentation checks, identification of potential issues, and recommendations for mitigation
- Design prompts to flag data inconsistencies or anomalies for further investigation or “field interviews.”
Audit Report Generation:
- Collaborate with auditors to streamline audit report drafting using AI, ensuring clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Support the integration of AI-generated content with insights from SHE professionals and subject matter experts.
Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in creating AI prompts to boost knowledge sharing and solution building on internal platforms.
- Proactively identify further opportunities to utilize AI to enhance the audit process.
Must Haves
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in crafting effective prompts for generative AI models, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and context
- Understanding of audit processes and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language
- English fluent
- 2 years of experience in a audit consultant company
Nice to Haves
- Basic understanding of SHE principles is a plus
- Working knowledge of an audit process is a plus
- Bachelor or master degree is a plus
