For our customer located in Prague/Czech Republic we are currently looking for a: Business analyst/Test Coordinator Service (m/f/d)

  • Location: remote
  • Branch: Pharma
  • Duration: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Author, review, and manage a range of project and technical documents, ensuring consistency and adherence to documentation standards.

  • Generate high-quality technical documentation, including system requirements, user requirements, test cases, training materials.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, processes, and system modules.

  • Act as an SME for system workflows to maintain system integrity and functionality.

  • Design PQ test cases, plan, coordinate and support UAT execution, while providing expert support in UAT processes and test case design.

  • Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and documentation activities, including tracking progress against timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Maintain and update the project Risk Register, highlighting and mitigating project risks.

  • Engage with senior management, provide consistent updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Substitute for the IT Project Manager as needed, overseeing also project financial management (optional), risk management, and project activities.

  • Ensure project continuity and effective issue resolution in the Project Manager’s absence.

Must Haves

  • Demonstrated ability in test case creation and UAT coordination.

  • Strong proficiency in creating, maintaining, and standardizing technical documentation.

  • Solid background in coordinating project activities, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

  • Skilled in system analysis and workflow design, with the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in system functionality.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the capability to build positive working relationships across international teams.

  • Ability to stay flexible and maintain a constructive attitude in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Capable of stepping into the IT Project Manager role as needed, with experience in risk and financial management (optional).
