For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Change Coordinator 50% (m/f/x)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support Stakeholders with the system mechanics (electronic change management system – Veeva) and administrative handling of change requests
- Proactiveness in driving change requests and support to accomplish the completeness
- Maintaining tracking list
Must Haves
- Veeva access and knowledge (highly desired) or similar change control electronic system is a plus
- Good documentation management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, experience working in cross functional teams
- Ability to connect the dots
- Understanding of pharma environment and compliance aspects (as we support technical changes in GMP environment)
- Demonstrated ability to work precisely and independently and with high quality awareness
- Fluent English, German is advantage
