For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Communication Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
Our customer in the Pharma industry has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Program which will define, implement and deploy the future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and other cloud and on-premise systems, supporting simplified, standardized and automated global business processes by leveraging SAP’s, industry best practices.
For the ongoing deployment phase, we are looking for a Communication Manager with experience in SAP/IT System rollout programs.
- Work closely with the communication and training team to support the communication towards the system users
- Preparing and coordinating appropriate video, image and audio formats for user training
- Creating videos and online content about system changes for the users and taking over the responsibility from the creation until the implementation
- Preparing and writing newsletter and communication materials
- Bring best practices in new technologies like video channels, etc.
- Creative work on new ideas
- Alig with product owners and IT
- Creation of contributions on internal and external channels
- Coordinate/conduct workshop activities, drive execution and completion of open tasks/issues and relevant backlogs
Must Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in international complex IT/SAP transformation programs and/or procurement system rollouts
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in OCM, training and/or communication teams within a SAP/IT system rollout
- Proven capability in communication and stakeholder management
- Project management skills in classic as well as agile ways of working
- Understanding of organizational change management, communication and training approaches
- Experience using Google Suite and visualizing engaging presentations and tools
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, and stakeholder management with a hands-on approach
- Willingness to work outside regular hours to support global projects
- Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with JIRA
- Skilled in creating engaging presentations and tools
Nice to Haves
- SAFe experience
- Business-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Pharma sector experience
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay E2E processes
