For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Direct Procurement Local Business Function Lead/ Main Functional Contact for MRO (Maintenance, Repair/Replenishment and Operations) (m/f/x)
Background:
Our customer in the Pharma industry has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Program which will define, implement and deploy the future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and other cloud and on-premise systems, supporting simplified, standardized and automated global business processes by leveraging SAP’s, industry best practices.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Site Functional Workstream SMEs activities, work items and timely input to the Core Functional Workstream as appropriate / needed within “Maintenance, Repair/Replenishment and Operations”(MRO)
- Support site localization, UAT, site system readiness, site preparation, training, and SOP activities
- Review position papers and provide site/function related feedback
- Review fit-gap analysis within MRO and be accountable for maximizing template adoption and minimizing localization or developments
- Analyze process and design impact & identify roadblocks and long lead items
- Define use cases and prepare data and systems for prototyping and testing.
- Actively participate in sprint information loop sessions (report out)
- Set-up a platform for regular (min. monthly) interaction with the global MFC communities
- Review and resolve workstream site project related issues
- Drives work stream meetings and workshops as required
- Liaise with the local Deployment Lead, who is leading the local ERP Rollout team, to stay aligned at site level
- Actively participates in the local rollout team meetings led by the Site Deployment Lead and inform the team members on current activities in the respective workstream
- Contribute to site workstream local projects’ plan and activities
- Ultimately responsible (with SMEs) for the quality and sign-off of migrated as fit for purpose and meeting needs
- Responsible for helping to organize site localization / site UAT / site system Readiness /
- Provide functional leadership and content knowledge for data cleansing and data migration.
- Participate in data cleansing and data migration, mapping, transformation and defect resolution
- Participate in cutover, in any rehearsals and hypercare as required
- Consulted on user acceptance test cases and execution of UATs. Support in execution of UAT

Must Haves
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in group wide SAP ERP, S/4Hana transformation programs and rollouts (from fit/gap to hypercare)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Direct Procurement/ “Maintenance, Repair and Operations” (MRO), business process management
- Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S/4Hana Finance)
- Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of the Direct
- Procurement and MRO process areas
- Proven expertise in SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Good E2E knowledge of the important interfaces to other stakeholders
- Skills and experience in:
o Review process and user requirements for site/function
o Writing use cases
o Creation and execution of UATs
o Data cleansing and migration
o Change management - Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities
- Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations. Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Experience with JIRA
- International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
Nice to Haves
- Know in SAP S/4Hana Finance
- Business-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Working experience in the Pharma sector
