For our customer located in Zurich/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Documents scanning operator (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

The Document Scanning Operator is responsible for efficiently and accurately scanning and digitizing various types of documents. The Document Scanning Operator must possess excellent attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Operate document scanning equipment, such as scanners, printers, and related software.
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and other binding
    materials.
  • Organize and prioritize documents for scanning based on established guidelines.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned documents, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents during the scanning process.
  • Properly label and store scanned documents in designated digital folders or databases.

Must Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in document scanning or related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating document scanning equipment and related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with document management systems.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality regulations.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift boxes of documents when necessary.
