For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: GenAI tool roll-out – Adoption support (m/f/d)
- Location: Remote, with very occasional on-site meetings
- Occasional travel to Basel, Dublin or London may be required
Tasks & Responsibilities
Generative AI roll-out and adoption project
- The project started in 2024 with the roll-out of 40,000 licenses of M365 Copilot to our clients associates. In 2025 the scope of the project widens to take in additional cross-business GenAI tools as well as custom-built GenAI applications (referred to as GenAI custom use cases)
- Further effort to roll out additional functionality for M365 Copilot and to deepen adoption is expected, as well as potentially the roll-out of further licenses
Tool scope
- M365 Copilot – currently c. 40,000 licenses rolled out. Target for next year: Continue to embed into people’s daily work habits and increase daily and weekly users. Potential to roll out further licenses
Copilot Studio: not currently rolled out. Set up citizen developer programme.
GenAI custom use cases currently being developed by individual business units – most currenty at PoC / MVP stage
Four expected workstreams across all tools:
PMO: Run the project, coordinate different workstreams, complete reporting requirements to governance committees and others. Define deployment approach to tools where necessary and coordinate deployment waves
Value measurement: Define how to measure value being delivered by the different tools. Likely to include user surveys and a way to measure outcomes achieved
Change and engagement management:
Define and run change management and adoption interventions for 40,000 M365 Copilot license holders to increase regular use of Copilot. As part of this, run champions community and engagement events in conjunction with the learning team
Define and run engagement events for Github Copilot and internal ChatGPT
Support individual GenAI custom use case owners. Step 1 to identify use cases at the right stage for change management interventions, step 2 define change management playbook to and support owners to implement playbook for their own use cases
Copilot Studio: Run 4 waves of deployment to include prioritization of use cases to be addressed, support citizen developers in developing bot, support any further roll-out of PoC bots created and help owners drive adoption
Must Haves
It is essential that vendors demonstrate expertise in rolling out M365 Copilot licenses as well as other GenAI tools and have people available to be on this project with this experience
