For our customer located in Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Global Change Lead for External Workforce Management (EWM) transformation [remote] / no-486 (m/f/x)

 

 

  • General Information:

    • Start: asap
    • Workload: 100%, 5 days a week support
    • Duration : 1y (with potential extension to 1.5y)
    • Does not need to based in Switzerland
    • Does only need to travel ca. 2x for the workshops in country
    • Necessary to work as freelancer with own registered business that enables you to invoice the worked hours

Tasks & Responsibilities

Background:

Providing Change Management services and developing the overall program level Change Management strategy for the External Workforce Management (EWM) Transformation Project. Contributing in defining the strategy, methodology used, tools/tactics and governance of change management plans.

Plans are designed to address key enablers and big tickets of EWM transformation that impact the successful mindset and behavior changes in support of achieving our vision and aspiration.

 

Project Objectives

  • Increase adoption of already existing EWM Systems across 14 countries
  • Build framework for solid change & adoption plan as EWM management systems are being expanded to RoW in a “do it right first time” spirit

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Co-create and drive change plan and interventions at a program level
  • Ensure linkage to the EWM vision and business outcomes in everything we do
  • Set standards for Change Management at all levels of the Program, building capability and coaching/ facilitating as required
  • Develop material and support internal and external stakeholder communication on demand or regular basis
  • Manage cross-program risks regarding change in partnership with Talent Acquisition Policies, Compliance & Audit.
  • Act as trusted partner and thought leader to EWM transformation PMO and External consulting support on overall transformation strategy and execution
  • Develop and oversee strategic change management initiatives and plans, and drive implementation across all countries with consistency and strong collaboration
  • Educate and engage around the impact and benefits of transformation activities
  • Drive ownership and accountability amongst all managers and leaders to successfully drive Changes Core skills

Must Haves

  • Ability to create change management strategies and plans that engage associates on all levels, maximize employee adoption of the change and minimize resistance
  • Strong practical experience executing Change Management on large and complex global scope
  • Understanding of legal implications related to rolling-out multi-country initiatives
  • Recognized as a leader within the community/change management space
  • Ability to develop strategic plans on managing change and coordinate with the PMO and external consultancy to execute against those plans
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, including but not limited to good understanding of how people go through change and change processes, analytical skills and ability to oversee and interpret impact assessments, and ability to assess change readiness and identify/map key stakeholders
  • Know approaches and tools to handle resistance and elevate change/ engagement
  • Understanding for Change Management disciplines (e.g. People, Trainings, Developments, Communications, Engagement, Leadership and Org Design) and pulling the right capabilities and experts together to be impactful – both strategic and operational
  • Solid understanding of Pharma organizational processes, issues/challenges and processes (preferably)
  • Proven Experience with leading and/or implementing External Workforce Management Programs in Global companies
  • Strong experience with senior executive engagement and facilitation, strong influencing ability through consulting, communication and trusting relationship building skills
  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to implement
  • Demonstrated expertise in OD (organizational development) and change management methodologies and (successful) global project delivery
  • Known for strong collaboration and networking with the broader People & Organization community and other stakeholders
  • External consulting and/or business leadership experience would be valuable
  • Experience with systems roll-out connected to procurement or external workforce management is a plus.
  • The work will be conducted in English – so an Excellent command of English spoken and written is needed
  • considerable senior professional experiences in the space of change management, organization development, supported by broader consulting, people and organization partnering and/or related areas
