For our customer located in Switzerland we are currently looking for a: HCM Project Manager (m/f/x)

• Location: remote USA timezone
• Branch: Pharma
• Duration: 01.02.2025 – 31.01.2026
• Contact: Necessary to work as freelancer to be able to invoice us the worked hours. If you’re already based in Switzerland it’s also possible to get employed by us (swiss payroll)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and third party vendors (HCM implementation partner, individual contractors, payroll vendors,..) to plan payroll integration and upgrade projects as per the HCM roadmap covering their entire lifecycle

• Manage payroll integration and upgrade projects per plan and execute all required tasks accordingly

• Lead project teams, including program, project, vendor and operation resources as part of project responsibilities

• Manage project risk, issues and dependencies and help resolve challenges and concerns

• Manage key stakeholders required for success of assigned projects pre and post go live

• Manage testing, cutover and deployment of assigned projects

Must Haves

• remote – USA timezone(s)

• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)

• Workday and payroll knowledge

• English language, other languages a plus
