For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Integration Manager for LDC Core Organization (m/f/d)
Provision of services of integration management for LDC Core organization with focus on coordination & integration of parallel projects.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Parallel Project Management Services in LDC Core:
- Releases of the LDC Parallel Project Framework; including updates and maintenance of relevant tools, communication materials and alignments with relevant stakeholders. 6 deliverables, each including: Updated Parallel Projects Framework/approach
- LDC Parallel Projects Status Report, including alignment of status, progress, risks, and issues (PPT slide deck), collection of relevant inputs, and alignment with stakeholders.6 deliverables, each including: Parallel Project Status Deck
LDC Integration Cost Management
- LDC Integration Cost Management, including collection and review of relevant inputs, alignments with stakeholders, preparation of leadership reports. deliverables, each including:
– LDC Integration Cost Report
– LDC Integration Cost related Input for our clients Finance budget activities
PPT slides based on ad-hoc requests (off-shore)
- Creation PPT slides based on ad-hoc requests, including creation and formatting as per our clients style guidelines and potential changes as per review comments. 6 deliverables, each including:
– PPT slides as per request
