Tasks & Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness for Scale Out
- Interaction with Stakeholders / SMEs / Sponsors and Users
- Preparation for larger Scale Out in PTDC / PTDE Roche
- Communication and Change Management of ActivityFlows
User Onboarding:
- Demo Presentations of ActivityFlows
- Demo Board Setup.
- Training and Hypercare of new ActivityFlows Users
Product Management:
- Project Planning
- Project Progress Monitoring and Reporting
- Risk and Issue Identification & Management
Product Owner:
- Backlog Management
- JIRA Story Creation for Business Requirements
- Confluence Documentation Management
- Quality Assurance & Test Management
- Attend Meetings: Iteration Review, Planning, Backlog Refinement etc.
Business Analyst:
- Requirements Engineering for ActivityFlows
- Process Evaluation of Laboratory Operations in PTD
ActivityFlows Governance Development and Maintenance
- Establishing and Maintaining Governance Structure
- Establishing and Maintaining Governance Documents (SRA System Risk Assessment and SOP
- Governance and Change Board Operations: Regular Board Meetings, Change Review etc. (not yet in place)
PTE KM: Knowledge Management Meetings
- Weekly Team Meeting 1.5 h
- PTE KM Internal 1.5 h
Must Haves
experience 5 years+
- English and German fluent
