For our customer located in Allschwil/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Junior System Support Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Services rendered will adhere to applicable our clients SOPs, WIs, policies, local regulatory requirements, etc.
- Lead the training and onboarding of new team members on the team
- Support training of the team regarding the roll out of new or updated systems and/or processes
- Lead the creation or enhancement of existing training documents
- Lead the implementation and execution of identified process or application projects
- Project manage process improvements; facilitate workshops to deliver and/or implement improvements
- Lead and support the team with complex ticket issue resolution and/or guidance as needed
- Resolve tickets with high efficiency and Lead by example
- Oversee the collection of data to provide metrics on a designated basis to management
- Assign high visibility, urgent or other study tickets as necessary to the team
- Track and maintain the status of issues in a designated tracking system, as applicable
- Lead and/or attend ad hoc meetings with the team and/or business partners to review and confirm current issues, the status of ongoing issues, potential issue resolutions and the tracking of ongoing issues required for issue resolution
- Create and generate reports in the various systems
- Write guidance or knowledge article documents
- Other deliverables related to the function may be assigned
Must Haves
- 3 years minimum experience in Globally operating pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- 3 years minimum experience in Service management, System management or System support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple activities and competing priorities
- Team player, displays strong interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
- High commitment and flexibility
- BSc minimum qualification preferably in the fields of scientific or computer sciences
- Excellent knowledge of relevant Pharma business processes
- Knowledge of Computer System validation and 21 CFR Part 11 and required documentation
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship management e.g. customers, providers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a matrix
- Displaying strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
