For our customer located in Neuchatel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

 

 

Background / Purpose of the Job

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations in accordance with procedures.
  • According to needs and opportunities: Participate or intervene in projects to carry out commissioning or promote maintainability aspects in the design phases.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide a maintenance service (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) to production to ensure equipment functional efficiency and cGMP compliance.
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with internal (SOP, DP, etc.) or external (cGMP, NIBT, ASIT, etc.) procedures, in collaboration with the various departments concerned.
  • Participate in project design phases to ensure that maintainability aspects are taken into account in technical choices.
  • Monitor and drive technical action plans to improve equipment reliability.
  • Take part in equipment acceptance and commissioning.
  • Maintain 5S in areas for which the department is responsible
  • Member of the Emergency Response Group for designated persons
  • Coordination and collaboration with production contacts to handle diagnostics and carry out and carrying out interventions.

Must Haves

  • French native / business, technical fluent
  • Understanding of technical English to use equipment documentation
  • Connaissances intermédiaires en informatique (outils bureautique / outils de GMAO).
  • Knowledge of a cGxP environment
  • Technical knowledge in mechanical / pneumatic / LV electrical fields.
  • EHS knowledge (chemical and pressure hazards / consignment practices / first aid for first aid for intervention group members).
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
