For our customer located in Zurich/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Marketing Manager (m/f/x)
- Location: CH-Zurich – Remote possible:
2 days remote, 3 days onsite,
- Duration: asap/latest 01.09.2024 – 31.05.2025 (6-9 month) – extension possible
- We are not looking for a candidate with managerial experience. This is a standard marketing role with focus on strategy, sales and customer value management.

Tasks & Responsibilities
You will create innovative B2C campaigns, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful upsell strategies. Join our dynamic team of experienced marketers focused on maximizing impact and fostering an open, committed culture.
Tasks including but not restricted to:
- Strategy Development: Utilize ongoing reporting and analysis of customer base development, sales channel performances, and funnel metrics to formulate strategic initiatives aimed at achieving targets
- Innovative Marketing/Sales Concepts: Conceptualize and implement novel marketing and sales strategies to
enhance conversion rates across all product lines and services, catering to our existing customer B2C base - Corporate Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior executives across various functions such as
product, sales, marketing, and finance to establish corporate and business-level strategies and drive key initiatives - Customer Base Campaign Management: Oversee customer base campaigns activities, design engaging customer
journeys and communication within our largest residential customer segment - Project Leadership: Lead multifunctional project teams ranging from small to complex projects, bringing innovative ideas to fruition
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects driving the transformation and integration of our customer base
- Operational Excellence: Support and empower our sales channels to deliver operational excellence and exceptional sales performance
Must Haves
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in Marketing, CRM, project management, or customer experience departments of subscription-based businesses
- Professional experience in Telecommunications, Banking or related industries is a plus
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in presenting and analyzing data, as well as creating actionable reports and plans
- Attitude: Possess a “Dare, Drive, Deliver” attitude with the motivation to effect change and challenge the status quo.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals at various levels, including senior management
- Fluency in both German and English is required, with additional proficiency in French and/or Italian considered an
asset
