For our customer located in Zurich/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Network Documentation Specialist (w/m/d)


  • Location: CH-Zurich Glattpark
  • Duration: asap – 31.12.2024 (extension possible)
  • Workload: 100% hybrid

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Execute work orders by creating network infrastructure, B2B and other network services in the appropriate tools.
  • Ensure high quality of the network documentation deliveries to stakeholders.
  • Manage and ensure availability of technical network resources (e.g. IP addresses, VLAN numbers etc.) under network documentation team responsibility
  • Supporting Network engineering departments regarding all documentation topics.
  • Create or update relevant processes, drive digitalization and other improvements in the network documentation domain.
  • Support Network and B2B Units in optimization of existing and definition of new processes and guidelines relevant for the network documentation.
  • Support various Network projects and represent interests of the Network Documentation team in regard of any documentation topics

Must Haves

  • Completed technical vocational training at least 2years experience.
  • HF or FH degree (telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science)
  • Experience with optical transmission technologies (xWDM) of minimum 2 years.
  • Good technical understanding of telecommunication networks, IP/MPLS and optical transmission technology and ability to comprehend complex interrelationships.
  • Experience in working with Cramer and/or Netcracker
  • Knowledge of or experience in IP/MPLS and xWDM management systems
  • Fluent English

Nice to Haves

  • German is considered a plus
