- Location: EU based / Remote
Milestones:
Support and drive in completing the documentation for User requirement specifications and get the required details from vendors Global design solutions documentation including As-Is inventory, To-Be landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications and test scripts
Lead in getting the user requirements sign off for the integrations build and drive in generating sample files for integration Global design solutions documentation including As-Is inventory, To-Be landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications and test scripts
Design prototyping the build based on User requirement specifications and conduct mock up sessions and alignment meetings with business stakeholders and project team Global design solutions documentation including As-Is inventory, To-Be landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications and test scripts
Architect solution design and review design specifications to adhere to the design standard from the project management Global design solutions documentation including As-Is inventory, To-Be landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications and test scripts
Must Haves
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse groups.
Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors.
In-depth knowledge of TSA exiting terms and practical application in project scenarios.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
Excellent communication in English
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
