For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: PMO for global business integration project (m/f/x)
Our need is a senior, experienced and hands on person in running the role of a PMO for a global business integration project. The level of a senior consultant with experience in Pharmaceutical industry, Supply Chain and possibly E2E Order Management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Close collaboration and support to Business PMO for RLT integration
- Lead, drive, oversee and monitor in close collaboration with Business stakeholders the evaluation and implementation of future business set ups related for RLT integration into PhAG, considering input of global functions (eg QA, FI, SC), manufacturing sites, customers and other global projects (such as LDC)
- Lead Workstream and oversee future RLT SC set up flows design in alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines, Business and LDC requirements
- Drive and oversee detailed SC set up flows for business and system implementation
- Consult on best practices by establishing a project tracking dashboard and pro-active follow up on activities including driving resolutions for open topics
- Documentation of progress, preparation of slides for functional teams, Sounding Board and Steering Committee
- Prepare and Lead functional and sounding board meetings
- Lead, drive and oversee SCM workstream for project implementation of new / modified processes, while ensuring high level of service, cost efficiency, quality and compliance
- Drive and oversee cross-functional alignment of E2E processes while ensuring aligned input from other functions (eg QA, FI, sites, customers) and projects (eg LDC)
- Support smooth integration of RLT business into PhAG
Must Haves
- Relevant experience as PMO within the pharmaceutical industry
- Relevant university degree
