For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for 2x Program Manager – Global Time and Attendance Project (m/f/d)
2 resources needed – Remote:
- x1 1 January 2025 – 30 June 2025
- x1 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Pre-initiation planning
- Project administration tasks (schedule management, cost management, status meetings, status reports, risk management, issue management, change management, steering committee meetings, etc.)
- Create project plan for each wave in scope.
- Setup project
- Prepare detailed architecture design for in scope countries
- Perform technical assessment for the current system landscape
- Define project quality management approach
- Perform Application Security Assessment to work with our clients Functional Security Architect to define the services applicable
- Analyze and prioritize User requirements
- Define the data migration approach and plan
- Define functional specification, configuration, and design specification with partner systems
- Assess application management service impacts and define service transition plan
- Create communication plan
- Create initial Project controls maturity assessment (pCMA)
- Create test specifications
- Design, develop and test interfaces with other relevant systems
- Define cutover plan
- Complete functional test, integration test & User acceptance test on test system
- Coordinate application management services & Operational handbook update
- Complete all tollgates review according to our clients ICE project methodology
- Complete Service Transition plan and handover to Service Operations team
- Coordinate and monitor Project tasks and risks in Jira timely
- Manage UBM Project financial plan and project risk reporting
- Complete all new agreed deliverables during the project based on project methodology.
Must Haves
- Experience as Senior PM
- fluent English
