For our customer we are currently looking for a: Program Manager [remote] (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Project planning and program organization support to program team, including resource planning, milestones tracking and program reporting.
• Continuous collection of project activities and monitoring and maintenance of the integrated Project Plan for EIGER in TRD across the involved sites
• Identification of highlight critical path activities
• Identification, tracking and monitoring of interdependencies and potential connected risks across project Eiger and other new and ongoing projects part of the TRD Biologics non-drug portfolio, mainly related to Data & Digital and automation
• General project management activities especially in area of scheduling, interdependency and risk management
• Maintain and update the weekly/monthly progress of project for internal reporting, incl KPIs

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree, with advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as Program Manager
• Experience in project management activities especially in area of scheduling, interdependency and risk management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• English fluent
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Good written and oral communications skills
• Very good problem-solving skills. Demonstrated willingness to make decisions and to take responsibility for such
