For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
Medical Governance & Risk Management:
Manage governance and compliance dashboards to monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
Facilitate self-assessment activities by designing the data collection tools for each self-assessment campaigns.
Lead the technical roll-out and implementation of a new risk register and issue register for Medical Affairs, incl. gathering business requirements, User Acceptance test, trainings and related documentation.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Modus Operandi and MGL academy initiatives to streamline medical affairs processes and activities.
Third Party Management (TPM) Systems and Tools:
Assist the TPM (Third Party Management) team with the maintenance and updates of third-party management systems and tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of TPM systems and tools.
Provide guidance and support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate system enhancements or upgrades.
Technology Platform Support:
Assist the Technology Platform team in evaluating, implementing, and managing new systems or technologies that enhance operational excellence within Medical Affairs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements for new systems/technologies.
Translate business requirements into clear IT specifications for system enhancements or new system implementations.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Life Sciences) is required.
IT background is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence, project management, or a similar role within the IT, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong experience in setting up and handling dashboards, systems, and tools.
Proficiency in utilizing governance and compliance frameworks and dashboards.
Experience in translating business requirements into IT specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
