Tasks & Responsibilities
- Update der täglichen Unternehmenszahlen im Online Portal
- Lifecycle von einem Verkaufspunkt (Vertrag entgegennehmen, im SAP erfassen, Logins erstellen, usw.)
- Monatsabschluss Partner Kommissionen und Werbegelder
- Erstellen und Dokumentation von KPI-Reports, Prepaid-Nutzungsreports,
- Listen/Reports in Excel erstellen und Rechnungen verwalten und die
- Kennzahlen in SAP pflegen
- E-Mails verwalten und an zuständige Teams weiterleiten, bestellen von Büromaterial, Hardware, Notebooks etc., allgemeine Administrative Aufgaben, Stellvertretung Reisekostenverwaltung
- Präsentationen in PowerPoint vorbereiten
- Meeting-Protokolle verfassen
Must Haves
- MS Office – gute Kenntnisse
- Deutsch sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Englisch gute Kenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
