For our customer located in Basel, Switzerland we are currently looking for a: SAP O2C and Finance Consultant for CellChain (m/f/d)

• Location: Basel, Switzerland preferred, CET and remote can be reviewed

Tasks & Responsibilities

The consultation covers deliverables across cross-functional work including the creation of business documentation and the provisioning of batch shipment support for critical personalized mediation as well as support Chain of Identity maintenance from a compliance and regulatory standpoint.

• Design and Testing Support for Service Orders
• Update business documentation for design specific changes that SAP ECC and S4 Service Orders would need to be reflected in requirements/process diagrams/Training materials/SoPs.
• Additionally conduct UAT for all changes and coordinate/execute the Service Order cutover activities as developed in the business plan.
• Lean Digital Core (LDC) Go-live for US
• Participate in country go-live discussions as well as testing activities to ensure that the CellChain relevant processes are effectively migrated to the S4 HANA platform.
• Also ensure that the cutover activities for all three countries include the in-flight order management tasks for Kymriah/YTB/Clinical orders.
• Provide data creation/testing support to IT team members managing the individual country process OQs.
• Flex Apheresis and Cryopreservation
• Continue to support business process changes related to Apheresis Procurement and Shipping.
• Provide documentation and coordination support to product manager and help with capturing requirements as well as design specifications based on stakeholder feedback.
• EU Service Incident Support
• Manage on a daily basis incident resolutions within expected SLAs for CellChain relevant errors/data updates as needed for batches being shipped out.
• Resolve functional issues for in-flight batches as well as support business with corrections in batch data as well as identify process issues holding up shipment. Ensure that the resolutions are provided in line with SLAs for issue priority.

Must Haves
