Consultant (m/f/d)

- Location: Remote, 20% travel to Switzerland, Germany and Hungary

Tasks & Responsibilities
Our customer within the Pharma industry has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Transformation Program to globally harmonize business processes and systems and help manage the company as efficiently as possible.
- The role will be mainly responsible to support the Finance Deployment Stream within the S/4 Hana Program.
- Acting as a business process specialist and expert for Finance/ Account Receivable
- Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering (fit/gap), testing, change management and hypercare phases.
- Ensuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on track
- Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processes.
- Drive process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders.
Must Haves
- Minimum 8 years experience as a SAP FI-AR Consultant.
- Minimum 10 years experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
- Deep knowledge on SAP S/4Hana Account Receivable solution and processes
- Basic FI-AR customizing experience would be an advantage
- Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S4 Finance)
- Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams, stakeholder communities and end users.
- Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
- Fluent in English
Nice to Haves
- Background on SAP Solution Manager (functionalities & tool)
- Fluent in German
- Experience in the Pharma industry
