For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Senior Test Lead (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
The perfect candidate should be an experienced Teamlead with a technical background and experience in delivering GxP and CSV solutions. Additionally we are looking for a strong Teamplayer and a highly outgoing personality.
- Member of the project management team of the respective project(s)
- Together with the co-Test Lead, responsible for the entire area of testing within the respective project(s) and being the central project’s contact person on the subject of testing
- Planning, alignment and collaboration on testing topics with several project- and stakeholder groups on IT- and Business side, incl. Validation, Quality, and multiple partner projects, teams and systems (key word: interfaces)
- Creation of the Test Plan and the Test Report (according to the PMM – Project Management Methodology and CSV) to cover all test related activities and deliverables
- Define, plan, organize, manage and track all related test activities according to the Test Plan, including the following:
- Planning and confirmation of all required resources
- Preparation of informal and formal test inventories/scope with consideration of the results of the FRA – Functional Risk Assessment
- Ensuring ‘requirements to testing’ coverage (incl. supporting the creation of the RTM – Requirements Traceability Matrix)
- Preparation of test scripts
- Test environment provisioning and (transport) change management
- Preparation of test data for informal and formal testing
- Defect management for informal and formal testing
- Training of testers (e.g. on HP ALM tool and test script preparation, test execution, defect management)
- Execution of informal testing and subsequent, compliant formal test script execution.
- Preparation and facilitation of test phases entry- and exit meetings, incl. the definition of entry- and exit criteria.
- Reporting on testing status on agreed intervals and format to project team and stakeholders.
Must Haves
- Background as an IT Professional
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a team/stream lead role.
- Experience in delivering GxP and CSV solutions, ideally in a pharmaceuticals / life sciences environment
- Experience in working according to a comprehensive project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK), including waterfall and agile delivery approaches
- Experience in working in a large multinational company
- Experience in collaborating with multiple IT- and Business stakeholder groups
- Fluent in German (preferably native) and English
- Has a strong desire and ability to lead, plan, coordinate, manage, facilitate and enable
- Is a very clear communicator, is open-minded and listens to input and feedback from others
- Ability to motivate and manage part-time business resources
- Ability and proactive willingness to reconcile conflicting priorities with part-time testers and there line managers
