For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

  • Location: remote (travel to basel 1-2 times per year)
  • Branch: Pharma
  • Duration: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage service delivery teams and guide them in delivering exceptional customer service across all channels.

  • Follow NVS service delivery standards and monitor adherence.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Manage client issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Implement improvements to service delivery processes.

  • Analyze customer satisfaction data and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.

  • Oversee financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.

  • Effective risk management

Must Haves

  • Hands on experience with IT projects / programs for business functions

  • Experience with cloud-based implementations

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and handle their concerns.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Knowledge of relevant software tools and platforms.
