For our customer located in Prague/Czech Republic we are currently looking for a: Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
- Location: CZ-Prague (onside on average 12 days per month in Prague office, a possibility to commute to a Prague office is a must)
- Branch: Pharma
- Duration: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage service delivery teams and guide them in delivering exceptional customer service across all channels.
Hands on experience with IT projects / programs for business functions
Experience with cloud based implementations
Follow NVS service delivery standards and monitor adherence.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Manage client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Implement improvements to service delivery processes.
Analyze customer satisfaction data and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
Oversee financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.
Maintenance of operations stability and effective risk management
Must Haves
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and handle their concerns.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Knowledge of relevant software tools and platforms.
Previous experience working on Novartis IT projects, ideally in Legal domain.
Fluent English
