For our customer located in Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Solution Design Expert (m/f/d)

• Location: remote (EU based)
• Branch: pharma
• Duration: 01.01.2025 – 31.07.2025

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reviewing and shaping NTO R3 & R3.5 global user requirements.

• Conducting technical reviews as Fit/Gap analysis and support design Sprint activities.

• Designing standard and customized solutions, from effort estimation to delivery for business teams.

• Overall Governance of solution designed and implemented.

• Support drafting/reviewing functional specifications for Core LDC developments.

• Generating/creating OQ/PQ Scripts required for testing.

• Coordinating and aligning with deployment teams for system screening

• Screen, Reviewing and Govern the solution implemented by build team

• Create and support production planning Master data creation for testing and Demo purposes.

• Organizing teams for triggered projects under responsibility, ensuring smooth transition, and supporting cutover activities.

• Working on deliverables for each phase, including design, build, test, and deployment.

• Complete the POC with Sandbox or development system to show capabilities.

• Collaboratively work with various stakeholders

Must Haves

• experience with Fit/Gap analysis and support design Sprint activities

• relevant work experience as Solution Design Expert

• knowledge of designing standard and customized solutions

• knowledge of creating and supporting production planning Master data creation for testing and Demo purposes

• able to support drafting/reviewing functional specifications for Core LDC developments

• fluent english
