Location: mostly remote, On site Prague for workshops & special requirements, max 2 days every month.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Provisioning of Hosting Technical Coordination Services for M&A Project where the support of Hosting & Datacenter Services is required to be delivered by related our clients IES Service Lines. General requirement to deliver the services in scope:
Provide deep and wide technical knowledge and guidance to support decision making by proposing collaboration and tooling strategies for migration, integration and divestitures.
Maintain risk/issue registers for each service area and project
Follow our clients project management methodology for project deliverables, status reports and reviews
Develop and present periodic status reports and dashboards on completed and remaining activities to project sponsors/stakeholders/steering committees
Service team to take accountability to ensure adherence with existing IT standards, Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Program scope.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with priority objectives and timely and accurate completion of required steps
Track progress on the execution of the project plans and report status to the project lead
Champion M&A IT use cases across internal teams to continuously improve existing IT standards, services and processes and better serve common M&A IT scenarios.
Deliver resource and project plans as basis for project CAR creation and for overall project plan.
Flexibility and availability to attend project meetings and to execute migrations at any time. Most projects reside in Europe or USA, and migrations are mostly executed during weekends or public holidays.
Fully trained team so that access to all tools in scope of services is available as far as granted to external vendors.
Provide leadership and decision-making support by designing and proposing transition strategies for the cutover of data centers, infrastructure cutovers and data migrations associated with integration and divestiture projects.
Provide program reporting including overall performance of the work in scope.
Have a very good understanding of the use of site codes and how it trickles down to all systems.
Must Haves
Relevant Background in hosting coordination services (Update site deployment plan, Server sizing, future demand, provisioning. Derive application ‘to-be’ state to aid in sizing, etc.)
Experience with VLAN
Experience with Nutanix & VMWare
Fluent in english
