For our customer located in Prague/Czech Republic we are currently looking for a: Technical Writer / Business Analyst for anti-counterfeit project / no-170 (m/f/x):
- Location: CZ-Prague
- Branch: Pharma
- Duration: 4 months in total – 01.01.2025 – 31.7.2025 (4 months of full-time work during this period, expected allocation: Jan-Feb, Jun-Jul)
- Min. 2 days per week onsite (Prague)
- Necessary to work as freelancer with own registered business that enables you to invoice us the worked hours
Tasks & Responsibilities
Author, review, and manage a variety of project and technical documents, including User Requirement Specifications, Project Charter, test plans, and other essential project documentation.
Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, processes, and system modules to provide and document actionable insights and recommendations for system improvements.
Design PQ test cases, lead UAT sessions, and provide expertise in system workflows to ensure system integrity and functionality.
Set up and adapt documentation guidelines to address new project requirements and processes to enhance agility.
Work with international, cross-functional teams to execute project strategies and achieve project goals on a prompt manner.
Promote good documentation, testing practices, and computer system validation (CSV)
Must Haves
English language.
Based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Proficiency in creating high-quality technical documentation and training materials.
Wide experience in UAT processes, test design, and quality assurance processes.
Ability to work effectively with complex, diverse, international teams, including but not only Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
Experience in maintaining content consistency and adhering to documentation standards.
Proven capability to stay flexible and positive in dealing with multiple requests, shifting priorities, and unforeseen events.
System analysis.
