For our customer located in Prague/Czechia we are currently looking for a: Test Lead for HCM System (m/f/d)

 

  • Duration: 01.01.25-31.12.25

  • Workload: 100%

  • Location: Prague

  • Contract: Freelance

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • UAT / PQ test strategy

  • Collecting UAT Requirements based on functional design

  • Monitoring UAT Progress with business testers

  • Training on system (Benify / WorkDay) where needed

  • UAT Tests scripts preparation, management, and approval process

  • UAT testing execution

  • Sign off and approval of test completion for Tollgate purposes

Must Haves

  • English – Fluent

  • Prior experience working in development/testing of HCM and other Rewards management systems
