For our customer located in Prague/Czech Republic we are currently looking for a: Test Manager (m/f/d)
- Location: CZ-Prague (onside on average 12 days per month in Prague office, a possibility to commute to a Prague office is a must)

- Duration: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Updating the business processes based on the interviews with business and review of existing process walk-through
- Preparation of the manual UAT test cases based on the business processes and existing user requirements specifications
- Execution of specific test case
- Coordination of the business people who will be running UAT test cases
- Monitoring, assessing and documenting feedback and findings raised from the User Acceptance Testing
- Identifying and documenting missing requirements
- Supporting user training after UAT phase is over and prior to the go live.
Must Haves
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and handle their concerns.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and platforms.
- Previous experience working in Novartis IT, knowledge of IT processes and ideally of the Legal IP domain.
- Fluent English
