For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Time & Absence Workday consultant (m/f/d)
- Location: remote CET
- Duration: to start in september/october until EOY with possibility to extend on 2025
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Creating and developing functional designs and specifications in addition to Knowledge Article/QRGs for stakeholder
- Supporting configuration and testing of NVS Workday solution
- Facilitation of workshops
- Understanding and translating stakeholder requirements into solution
- Communication with third party vendors
- Data analytics support
- Data Migration support
- Integration support
Deliverables/Services:
- Work on Localization of Absences for 67 countries that are live with WD Absence module
- Kick of meetings with local business team and HCM team
- Requirements gathering
- Analyzing of requirements
- Clarification workshops
- Configuration if various tenants
- Configuration Workbook updates
- Support with Testing and putting changes to production
Must Haves
- English fluent
- Workday Time & Absence management experience
- working remote (CET)
