For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Workday Technical Consultant (m/f/d)
- Location: remote (onsite basel every few months)

Tasks & Responsibilities
1.Design, configure and implement solutions as per business requirements and landscape in Workday across modules with key focus on Talent and Performance and the related business process, security, report and dashboard etc.
2.Explore enhancement and leverage workday product evolution to bring value add to the stakeholders/Users at Novartis.
3.Help built super user capability (demo/Training material) and resolve critical issues/change requests on need basis.
4.Collaborate and connect with other WD process/modules and evaluate impact to drive outcomes on cross module topics.
Must Haves
- Strong WorkDay Technical Background
- Language- English
- system- Workday certified, MS
- location- UK/India/Prague
- time zone – GMT or CET
