Background

For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for (m/f/d) an Operational Framework Expert & Scrum Master

  • Type of placement: 10 months, external contract with possible long term extension
  • Company:  major Pharma company in Basel area
  • Salary: 3 level , please ask us for the exact rate range 

 (monthly all in salary levels in CHF,  level1= 5-10k , level2=10-15k,  level3= >15k)

 

The candidate will be part of Pharma Global Technical Operations Informatics (PT IX) and be involved in activities of an ongoing organizational transformation program. His/her main role will be to manage the service management stream of the project as well as facilitating some of the project deliverables such as frameworks standards, governance material etc.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Service Management transformation stream of the program including agile project management, ITIL process design, solution design, and implementation on an IT Service Management platform within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements
  • Manage and facilitate development of project deliverables (service management framework, standards, governance model, accountability and capability model., ) and executive summary read-outs, and detail fact based analyses
  • Coordinate activities of implementation core team members of remote teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure desired outcome is clear and successfully delivered
Requirements: 

Must Haves

  • A minimum of 8 years of related consulting or industry relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to develop hypotheses, frame problems, and generate relevant insights based on supporting data
  • Expert Knowledge of IT Service Management framework across Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operations, and CSI and experience driving the implementation of one or more phases of the ITSM framework in a current or a previous role
  • Service Management Consultant certification and Scrum Master certification
  • Demonstrated agile project management and agile methodology skills and experience working with and overseeing large project teams in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
