Background

For our Swiss customer located in Basel we are currently looking for (m/f) a  Compliance Coordinator PHARMA

  • Type of placement:  8 months, external contract with possible long term extension
  • Company:  major Pharma company in Basel area
  • Salary:  level 3, please ask us for the exact rate range 

(monthly gross salary levels in CHF,  level1= 5-10k , level2=10-15k,  level3= >15k) -PHARMA

 

Purpose

  • Work in the HCO compliance operations team to support process and system users Support the development of a global systems roadmap to support HC consistently and efficiently with global tools
  • Participate in HC related projects and follow-up on implementation of such projects

 

Key Activities

  • Exemplifies and role models the compliance purpose, mobilizing commitment and engagement Manages relationships and collaboration with peers and system - or project stakeholders
  • Runs appropriate forums with system owners and IT to exchange practice, needs, risks and developments in compliance
  • Coordinates the training development for assigned processes
  • Suggest improvements for Systems & Tools
  • Propose improvement projects (opportunities, business case, perform tool evaluation)
  • Execute improvements within budget and timelines
  • Supports to get oversight, strategy and roadmap on broader HC related tools and systems landscape
  • Collate and provide input on HC specific user requirements to business owners of other systems
  • Liaise with business owners to minimize complexity and duplication
  • Maintain, adapt and operate assigned tool(s) as per user requirements and appropriate
  • Participate in HC specific projects as mandated
  • Monitor the embedding of assigned HC projects in business (e.g. define and track key metrics)
  • Act as contact for end-users and help to resolve issues in the assigned system(s)
  • Answer questions in the HCO query tool for systems/applications we maintain

Home office: 1 day a week but also flexible with remote work
Peron needs to be a good match to the team
Have min 5 years of experience in a Pharma company. If the candidate is young and good they do not insist on those 5 years

 

 

 

Requirements: 

Qualifications/Skills

  • University degree or equivalent competency level
  • Qualifications in finance or IT management or equivalent competency and experience

Experience

  • Successfully supported business- and/or system projects on a supranational level, including their implementation and roll-out
  • Experience in business partnering with finance or functional partners
  • Previous exposure to compliance topics, understanding of basic quality or compliance processes like monitoring, CAPA management, risk assessment, document management etc. is an asset

Knowledge

  • Understanding of markets and products
  • Understanding of financial reporting systems and processes
  • Subject matter knowledge in compliance management, processes and systems, preferably in HC
