Background

For our Swiss customer located in Basel we are currently looking for (m/f) a Training, Testing & Compliance

 

Key accountabilities

  • Leading the project Caesar workstream of “deployment, training, testing & handover”
  • Create and setup a deployment standard per area for all local C&T deployments in conjunction with the C&T projects team
  • Develop and implement a training concept for all C&T TPD implementations and beyond to keep the knowledge to guarantee compliance
  • Develop and implement a testing procedures for all local C&T deployments with all its documents and processes
  • Define and agree on the hypercare procedures with the supplier Honeywell and ISBS
  • Definition of local project handover to CoE C&T and operations to guarantee compliance
  • Support of any deployment in the area of setting up the projects, and controlling & supporting the projects in the area of testing, training and handover
  • Ensure data compliance with EUTPD and other legislations, by monitoring the data created after a EUTPD deployment
  • Taking the reporting process owner role within the CoE C&T
  • Support the “Programme Planning Group” of project Caesar on the overall EUTPD programme plan
Requirements: 

Skills & experience

  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills to understand processes and identify rout causes of issues
  • Knowledge on coding & tracking processes in all area
  • Spread knowledge of ITG system landscape (SAP, QAD AIM, CargoSoft, SalesForce 360, etc.)
  • Extended knowledge around warehousing business processes
  • High organizational skills to develop & run training programs and testing concepts
  •  At least 5 years of experience within Supply Chain/logistics function, preferably FMCG industry
  • Distinctive project management skills (especially in international cross-country projects)
  • High networking skills
  • Ability to work in a (international) team
  • Excellent communication skills (towards senior management and in cross-cultural teams)
  • Language skills: English fluent in written and spoken, preferably German, other languages are an advantage
  • Drive and willingness to continuously improve the C&T system and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills up to senior management level
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Enough seniority and confidence to make autonomous decisions and implement these
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand processes and identify rout causes of issues.
  • Willingness to travel
