Tasks & Responsibilities
Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities.
Prepare, track, and manage quotations, contracts, and price lists.
Maintain and update customer data and records.
Assist with the quotation and proposal process.
Act as the interface between Sales and internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Onboarding.
Independently handle customer requests related to Adds, Moves, and Changes (AMCs).
Provide support and backup for the SWAT Team by managing internal and external communications.
Process and coordinate customer complaints in the best interests of both the customer and Sunrise.
Accompany the team during partner and customer visits
Must Haves
Completed commercial/business administration apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification, such as experience in a call center).
2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to think analytically and work across teams.
Good command of German and English.
Strong affinity for IT tools and digital systems, (IT systems Salesforce and Clarify)
