For our customer located in Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Adopt Cutover/Hypercare Lead (m/f/x)
- Location: 100% remote, Any location is ok (Mexico/Prague preferred) but initial assignment will be for USA Cutover, so must be able to work predominantly on USA time zone (east coast)

Tasks & Responsibilities
- “Co-pilot” of LDC Cutover and Hypercare lead, taking on executional responsibilities, ensuring established and agreed cutover and hypercare plans are executed flawlessly with countries and functions
- Interacts with Business / Functional / Country / Technical / Change teams, to ensure alignment on plans, changes to plans, establishing Cutover/Hypercare readiness reporting holistically for LDC
- Setup Cutover/Hypercare aligning meetings, task force items, daily standup calls etc
- Cutover/Hyperare risk/issue reporting and mitigation planning and execution
Setup Cutover / Hypercare Spoc calls - Liaison with Data Migration team, to ensure planning is aligned with cutover/ramp-down/ramp-up planning, and data migration resources available for hypercare
- Ensures functional availability in Cutover and Hypercare phases/activities, including “war-room” logistics setup and communications
- Facilitates and coordinates issue triage and tracks to closure
- Provides data for communication planning and hand off points between teams
Must Haves
- Strong knowledge about ERP Cutover and Hyperare execution
Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management Proactive - 7+ years in project roles, ideally with ERP project and Pharma implementation experience
- Fluent English (additional languages preferred)
- Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
- Strong PPT / Excel / Data Analytical Skills / MS Project / PowerBI
- Previous experience working in a highly governed and controlled organization / environment
- Experience working with large global remotely based teams
