The Manager IHI CV initiative (“Cities@Heart”): referred hereafter as “The Initiative” oversees the project management of The Initiative for the company and within IHI vehicle. He / She is working with cross functional departments, Industry partners, government, and public stakeholders and EFPIA to ensure the progress of the project, the achievements of milestones and respect of timelines. He/She is a member of the team ASCVD TA Team.
The manager The Initiative reports to the ASCVD DA Head and helps shaping The Initiative’s agenda and ensures execution through operational management and moderation of the respective contributing partners into the consortium. He / She supports proactively identifying and resolving upcoming issues and improving processes.
Must Haves
- Minimum BS/BA degree and preferably MBA, MD or PhD
- Excellent project management & the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently including in a regional/global environment or in a major consultancy
- Ability to drive the delivery of key objectives
- Proven capability to navigate with highly complex environment (both internally and externally), to define strategic narratives and to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong policy and commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills with high fluency in English, both oral and written
- Agile mindset
- Highly autonomous and self-directed and highly collaborative
- Interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to establish credibility and influence across a range of diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization to drive change
- Results focused – translates strategies into specific objectives; action plans, executes and follows up.
