For our customer located in Basel, Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Senior Direct Procurement / SAP ERP Expert (S/4Hana Program) (m/f/x)
For the upcoming deployments as well as the additional template design/build, we are looking for a Senior Direct Procurement / SAP ERP Expert.

- Duration: 12-18 months (optional for extension)
- Location: Remote / every 6 weeks onsite in Basel

Tasks & Responsibilities
- The role will be mainly responsible to support the Downstream Direct stream within the SAP ERP Program
- Acting as a Business Process Specialist for direct downstream related processes in the cross-divisional SAP S/4Hana project (mainly SAP MM module, MDG-BP, S4 Analytics)
- Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering (fit/gap), testing, training and hypercare phases
- Ensuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on track
- Ensuring monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processes such as VMI, CMO, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehousing, Commercials, etc.
- Good E2E knowledge of the important interfaces to other stakeholders such as VMI, CMO, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehousing, Commercials, etc.
- Drive process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders
Must Haves
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Direct Procurement, Business Process Management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT within groupwide ERP Transformation Programs
- Strong E2E Business Process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for Direct Procurement (SAP MM, SAP MDG-BP)
- Good E2E knowledge of the important interfaces to other stakeholders such as VMI, CMO, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehousing, Commercials, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities
- Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
- International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Englisch
