For our customer located in Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Senior SAP S/4 Hana FI/CO Consultant (remote) (m/f/d)
- The role is a full-time role.
- Start: can be aligned
- Duration: 6-12 months (optional for extension)
- Location: Remote, 20% travel to Switzerland, Germany and/or Hungary

Tasks & Responsibilities
- The role will be mainly responsible to support the Finance Deployment Stream within the S/4 HanaProgram.
- Acting as a business process specialist for Finance and Controlling
- Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering (fit/gap), testing, change management and hypercare phases.
- Ensuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on track
- Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processes.
- Drive process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders.
Must Haves
- Minimum 10 years experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant.
- Minimum 10 years experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
- Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S4 Finance)
- Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.
- Deep knowledge on SAP S/4Hana FI/CO such as GL, AR, AA, CO, etc.
- Basic FI/CO customizing experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams, stakeholder communities and end users.
- Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
- International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Englisch
Nice to Haves
- Customizing experience in SAP FI/CO
- Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools).
- Fluent in German and/or Hungarian would be an advantage
- Experience in the Pharma industry
