For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Senior SAP S/4Hana Finance/Tax Consultant (m/f/x)
- The role is a full-time role.
- Start: can be aligned
- Duration: 6-12 months (optional for extension)
- Location: Remote, 20% travel to Switzerland, Germany and/or Hungary
- Industry: Pharma
- Contract: Freelance, if the consultant is based in Switzerland it’s also possible to get employed by us (payroll)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- The role will be mainly responsible to support the Finance Deployment Stream within the S/4 HanaProgram.
- Acting as a business process specialist and expert for Finance/ Tax
- Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables throughout the full rollout lifecycle
- Ensuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on
track - Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to
efficiency and effectiveness - Liaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processes.
- Lead process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders under template governance
Must Haves
- Minimum 8 years experience as a SAP FI Consultant.
- Minimum 10 years experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana,
IT and group wide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare) - Experience with SAP Tax solution for EU countries and other regions specifically with Indirect Taxes, Withholding Taxes & Corporate Income Taxes
- Deep knowledge on SAP S/4Hana Tax solution and processes. Such as SAP country versions, SAP Document and Reporting
- Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S4 Finance)
- Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.
- Experience with any other SAP Tax solution will be an advantage such as Sovos, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with
international teams, stakeholder communities and end users. - Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
- Fluent in English
