For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Swiss Tax Advisory Expert (m/f/x)
- Location: remote (Resource must be Swiss based with extensive knowledge of Swiss tax law)
- Branch: Pharma
- Possible to work as freelancer or to get employed (payroll)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Alignment with the clients Indirect tax specialists: Indirect tax treatment for sales, purchase and transfer of own goods invoices of the business transactions in scope
- Documentation of related transactions and scenarios (VAT qualification and SAP set-up)
- Definition and Implementation of VAT Codes for countries in scope on SAP P34, P75, P70-xx or S/4 HANA
- Definition of the VAT relevant master data (material, customer, etc.)
- Setting up the SAP SD sale tax determination and conditions
- Setting up the SAP MM purchase tax determination and tables
- Ensuring all required reports such as the VAT standard reports, EC-Sales list and INTRASTAT are in place for business transactions in scope
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Hypercare after go-live
Must Haves
- Long time experience and knowledge of Indirect taxes on a global level
- Knowledge of the technical set-up of Indirect taxes in SAP systems
- Relevant SAP Skills
