Test Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
- The role will be responsible for setting up a new test strategy and concept for an SAP system landscape
- Analyze the as is situation and capacity and define an optimized process for the whole testing approach
- Align with stakeholders and ensure the future test strategy will meet the requirements and the quality (definition of KPIs)
- Document the new test strategy and ensure the implementation of the process within the organization
Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience as a Test Manager
- 7+ years of relevant experience in global and complex system implementation projects as a core team member is a must
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Experience in service management and release management
- Proven capability in defining test strategies and concepts as well as in creating process documentations
- Experience in working in test management functions within complex SAP Programs
- Strong communication skills, Business level fluency in English both written and verbal
Nice to Haves
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry
