For our customer located in Basel /Switzerland we are currently looking for (m/f/d) an: Implementation / Roll-out Coordinator

As Implementation / Roll-out Coordinator you are the right hand and interface for the two Business Process Manager and two Process Engagement Leads in the Transparency Team. As a part of the Pharma Finance Business Process organization you know how to set global standards for international roll-outs on demand. You bring in your gained experiences within matrix organizations adjust the set up training processes to keep local rules. In this role, you are responsible for supporting change management processes, project management and supporting local affiliates in operations. Business Operations is responsible for implementing & executing an effective change management process in close cooperation with stakeholders from affiliates, local and global Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT and other functions both divisionally & cross divisionally. In addition, the responsibility includes project management for all transparency reporting related activities and ensuring process quality and documentation needs are met accordingly. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Implementation / Roll-out support: 
- Establish Concept and lead Shared Services Transfer Project in close alignment with affiliate model to work with affiliates in transferring processes to the SSC
- Establish Concept and lead on-demand roll-out for advanced sustainability reporting solution (GAIA Pro)
- Affiliate model will bring changes to systems as well in order to move to “to-be” processes- subsequently changes to current system integration for transparency require implementation & roll-out support

 

Operations:

  • Develop a sustainable process to manage global regulation repository for transparency in close alignment with affiliates, compliance, legal and maintain the repository.
    -Support Global Data validation & verification processes,
  • Support year end disclosure processes for transparency reporting (EFPIA, MedTech)
  • Support continuous improvement projects (system updates & subsequent roll-outs)
  • Support team members to fulfill deliverables for projects like ASPIRE and the new Roche ERP (S4/Hana)

 

Communication, Change Management & Training:

  • Establish a brand for transparency reporting including supporting / pushing the community platform, design the OneTransparency G+Site
  • Establish Training Content and implement Cornerstone as new Training-Platform
  • Keep Affiliate Contact list up to date

 

 

Requirements:
